She has provided therapeutic support and services to individuals from many diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her work has primarily focused on areas of crisis intervention and prevention, mental health consulting, and providing individualized therapy services.

She has experience providing care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, anxiety and depressive disorder, mood disorders, PTSD, and those adjusting to life transitions. She encourages vulnerability through the use of self-expression with reciprocal engagement, mutual respect and non-judgmental support.

Celia recognizes that not everyone’s path to healing is the same. Therefore, she is committed to tailoring a treatment plan designed by the client with support from myself to meet their unique needs.

She utilizes the therapeutic modalities of interpersonal engagement through role play for modeling healthy communication skills and behaviors, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), trauma informed, positive psychology, strengths based perspective, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy.

She is committed to supporting her clients with becoming their “authentic selves.” She recognizes how difficult reaching out for help can be, so she’ll be here when you’re ready.

About Mindfully Magnified MHC

Our mission is to inspire and empower complete mental and emotional healing by offering appropriate support and resources designed specifically to address the needs of each individual. We offer a safe and uninhibited space to openly talk about and work through past traumatic experiences or current life situations so that our clients can transition to whole and balanced lives.

The vision of Mindfully Magnified MHC is to empower the individual and the community collectively to reach their full potential. We strive to achieve this goal by addressing barriers which may exist due to lack of awareness which has manufactured a biased perspective of mental health therapy. We offer educational and informative platforms to historically underserved and marginalized communities in an effort to close the gap between mental and emotional well-being and physical restoration.

We focus on core values that are derived from 7 foundational principles designed to help aid the individual on their journey toward restorative mental and emotional well-being.
